Modern meets coastal chic in this spacious Cinnamon Shore Town Center Condominium! This 2nd floor one bedroom condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy lots of natural sunlight and modern style with 10 ft ceilings, tile flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Catch up on your sleep on the Stearns & Foster king bed and just let your stress melt away with a nice cup of coffee from the Keurig and a good movie on the multiple TVs.

Golf cart, beach chair, bike, and more rentals are just a phone call away as part of the services offered at Cinnamon Shore. Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered or spend a day shopping at the eclectic boutiques all around. Don't forget all of our amenities and shopping within the Cinnamon Shore community. Three resort-style pools, 2 fishing lakes, community fire pit, beautiful green spaces with multiple lawn games and equipment, gift shops, play areas and gym are all included with your Cinnamon Shore rental. The dining experiences of Dylan's Coal Fire Pizzeria, Coffee Waves Cafe, or Lisabella's Fine Dining Bistro are all on-site for our guests. C bar cafe in Kiera's infinity pool offers wonderful meals that can be enjoyed poolside or on the lake deck overlook, they also deliver to the Cinnamon Shore beach chair sets Gulf side . You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Turtle Cove is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Turtle Cove the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Reviewer Comments: Recently, my mom was visiting from Europe and we ended up booking a 5 night stay at the Cinnamon Shore to enjoy the beach without a long drive.It took us 4 hours from Austin to get there and it was all we could wish for. A lovely place, clean rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a serene community, 2 pools, conveniently located restaurants on the property as well as plenty of activities for kids and adults, including my personal favorite - yoga on the beach. It’s been my fourth time staying at the Cinnamon Shore and it’s been great to come back every time.

The weather held nicely, the condo was nice, the staff always friendly and the neighborhood was safe and clean. The only downside to the trip was the excessive amount of seaweed that had washed up on the beach. If the City of Port A would have come through daily and scooped it up, the beach would have been perfect. Next time, we will just bring a rake. But other than that, it was a great trip.

A Decent Option at Cinnamon Shores

We were disappointed with the furniture in the apartment, which obviously looked old and was not in great shape, and the mediocre kitchen setup. The condo is in desperate need of an update, as it is very outdated and the furniture (couch, rug, etc) show that its past it's prime. The photos online made it appear in better condition than it actually was in person. On a positive note, the location of this condo is pretty central to the beach, multiple pools, and the main restaurants and coffee shop towards the entrance of the property. Additionally the area where live music and other main attractions take place is right across the street from the property. While that is a convenience, during high-traffic times of year where there is much going on each day, the noise could probably get annoying. While the property was pretty empty during our visit, we appreciated that there were signs up alerting everyone to quiet hours on the property. While we were not impressed with our condo, we will definitely return to Cinnamon Shores in the future, and will try other homes and condos. We specifically enjoyed the beach, the infinity pool on the property, and the coffee shop. We also appreciated that the property is a short drive away from a few fast food options and some restaurants in Port Aransas.

The mgr came to the room and noticed the same thing, She had the rug removed, The bed had to be reinforced due to the sagging in the middle. Sofa was in bad shape as well, All the furniture looked cheap. The manager & maintenance crew were fantastic trying to get it all fixed since there were no other rooms available. We have pictures if you would like to see. Again Amanda the mgr. was GREAT. The rest of the property was very nice.

It’s a short walk to the beach, the pools and restaurants and coffee shop. However, the furniture in this condo was a bit worn and not as clean as we’d like. We were able to hear a dog barking and footsteps from upstairs throughout our stay. Overall, we’re satisfied with our stay.

Cinnamon Shore is the best place on the Texas Coast to vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've always been a local and when a big family group came down we decided to rent multiple vacation rentals. I chose Cinnamon Shore because we could rent a couple of large homes and a few single condos for the smaller groups. I was only here for a short stay but if I needed to live here permanently I could. The condo had an amazing bed, comfy living room, the kitchen was completely full of every gadget or utensil we needed. I even think cooking a Thanksgiving meal without needed trips to the store is possible. It had everything! The washer and dryer were great for beach trip cleanup and the hot water was abundant for a good shower. The little balcony was nice too. They had tons of pools and shops and food options and the beach chairs are and necessity because of how convenient they are. It was nice not being the pack mule of the group this time around. If I didn't live so close I would definitely come more often but this will definitely be were I book all large family trips from now on.
