The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was great. Quiet clean property. Easy check in/out and accommodating host. A few kitchen towels would be a nice addition as well as some tv access. I would definitely stay again when visiting friends in the area.

Easy check in. Cute little pet friendly place with fenced in yard for our fur baby. Had everything we needed and the owner was very caring in insuring we had everything we needed and had no issues. Would definitely stay again.
The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant, The house was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. We will stay here for the next show we attend at TIEC! Thanks for everything!

Great location and spacious. Quiet. Well decorated. The floors had dead cockroaches and animal droppings in the corners which I could tell hadn’t been cleaned. We found an animal dropping on my toddlers blow up bed after assembly indicating some active rodent situation which is not unheard of for a converted barn and understandable, I just wish they had cleaned more thoroughly the floors before we arrived. There were no paper towels or sponge to wash any dishes (had to wash with my bare hands). Messaged owner twice with updated before arriving (we got in very late) and did not get any sort of response or correspondence
Property manger was great with communication. Listing was just as it was described. Check out was even easier then check in! Back porch could use a clean up and the coffee table bottom shelf was held up by a paint can. But it works and didn’t hinder anything. Hot and cold water is backwards in the shower and the water smelled like rotten eggs.

Hey Doug,
That coffee table is real real heavy and it was moved by a guest and they didn’t pick it up but dragged it. Parts are not available and was just trying to make it work till a piece is made .
The rotten smell is the hot water element , unfortunately we were told the water has to circulate and now notice between horse show stays it settles to long .
I may just have to put a note up explaining that however it should have dissipated while you were staying there.
I noticed a bed was set up where the coffee table was. I glad you made it work .

Good concept, Poor execution
The renovated barn was a nice idea but this one is not quite ready. From the enormous spider and her web crossing the front door to the bugs inside the light fixtures to the lack of shelving in the fridge and the lights that weren’t plugged in and bulbs that didn’t work, this place was a let down. The beds were ok but my husband had to sleep on the couch because the mattress was too firm for him. The TV was placed on top of plywood which sat on top of a too-small table. The coffee table was broken and unstable. It was blatantly obvious that the mismatched trim and blinds had been slapped up without care. The fridge had shelves held in by USPS packing tape and a shelf made by a piece of flooring. The kitchen was truly stocked only with flatware and glasses. This was not a kitchen for actual cooking. Any hotel is better stocked than this kitchen in terms of coffee prep. Overall, we stayed after checkin because we had to. It will probably be great if they bother to actually make it a home for rent.
