David was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. He's great to communicate with and you know he wants to take care of his guests. I'd recommend staying at his getaway again and again!

Very nice stay

I’m a somewhat frequent user of Vrbo and this place was as clean, comfortable, and well supplied as any I’ve visited. Regarding the location, I typically look for places a little more removed from civilization, roadways, etc but for the purpose of this visit, it was fine and I would return again.

a short get away

This studio exceeded all our expectations. The location is so convenient and everything we needed was provided. It is a very cozy and well thought out home away from home. We’re happy we chose this aptly named charming studio and hope to return again.

Perfect couple retreat

We enjoyed staying at this very cute place. Enjoyed all the little small touches and amenities. Just outside Tryon, it was perfect for our cycling trip as we could ride out the door and be on our favorite routes. Tryon is a small but nice town to go for a meal. Always meet lovely, kind people. Highly recommended.

I was looking for accommodations, very last minute, for a weekend wedding in Landrum, SC. This property was available for the two of us. It was very reasonably priced. It is warmly decorated. The flow of the apartment works smoothly. David, our host, was very good communicating all the info needed before and during our stay. I highly recommended this property.

Beautiful Retreat in the Mountains

The property was as described and pictured. Nicely furnished and decorated. Everything you could possibly need was provided by the owners. Easy check in and prompt communication with the owners. Fire pit and firewood were a nice touch given the cool evenings when we stayed at the property. Loved the town of Tryon right up the road. Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, and the Blue Ridge Parkway were easy drives from the house. We will definiitely be back next Fall.

Thank you so much for your review Bob. Interestingly enough, we've been working on plans to redesign our Studio, and replacing the sleeper sofa is part of that plan. As a matter of fact, the new one delivers on May 6th. We hope to host you again so you can see the updates we're excited about!

The perfect studio near the Equestrian Center

David was welcoming from when we booked until after we left. He hooked us up with incredible local things to do and was an incredible host. This home is the perfect weekend getaway near downtown Tryon, TEIC, and Landrum. We will be staying here for all of our trips to the Carolinas.
