The condo is comfortable and the views are amazing. The sunsets are vibrant! And the host was very easy to contact and full of information about the area. We spent a month there an it was a great experience.

The space was comfy and cozy with an exquisite view of the bay. The location was fantastic, with nearby state parks and beaches. One could stay busy every day if desired or sit in the window seat relaxing while watching the wildlife in the bay. Hosts were top notch and only a text or call away if needed.

Excellent location!

The location of this condo can’t be beat! It’s steps from the beach and has amazing views right from the living room window. Plus, it’s only 10 minutes from Cape Lookout and 15 minutes from Tillamook. The condo is well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and cozy. There’s a washing machine and dryer in the garage, so it was super easy to do a load of laundry. The host was kind and accommodating for our entire stay. We’d stay again and recommend it to others visiting the area!

Every great adventure begins with the proper base of operations. The condo in Netarts met all our needs and many of the state's best attractions were only a short drive away. The furnishings were modest, but comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and I was assured he'd be available if we should need anything, which we didn't.My favorite feature was the very large window overlooking the bay, complete with a cushioned window seat. From that comfy perch I watched harbor seals sunbathing on a nearby sandbar, pelicans diving for fish, and even an eagle or two. You can also see Three Arch Rocks and the Oregon sunsets are breathtaking. I spent hours sitting there enjoying the breeze and taking in the sights.The condo owner also had the genius idea to put the master bedroom bed on risers so that when you're lying in bed you can see the water. I still dream about that view. During our stay we ventured to Cannon Beach, Oceanside Beach, Cape Meares, Cape Lookout and Cape Kiwanda. All just a short drive away. We enjoyed many delicious meals at the nearby Schooner Restaurant and discovered other local restaurants and breweries. Each day we'd walk the beach and every day the tides made it new and different.I had often wondered if I could be happy living in a small town. I discovered the answer is 'yes'. Especially Netarts, and that delightful condo with that amazing, magical window on the world.

Joe's condo on the beach was everything I'd imagined and more! The view from the main room and the bedroom was ever changing, The window seat got lots of use as did the ergonomic chair in the living room. Joe was so friendly and attentive. The use of the laundry and the garage was very much appreciated. All the cooking supplies you could need were there. I did not want to leave when my month was up!
