Paradise Pier! – Private Dock & Walk to Jolly Rogers!

Take it easy at this unique and historic old ski school from the 50s that is now a beautiful lake house on the 5mm. Relax or fish on the grandfathered in pier, swim off the lily pad, grill dinner on the Blackstone, and hang out around the firepit while you take in the 240 feet of flat shoreline. The house is packed with lots of games for both indoor and outdoor. With a beautiful standalone rustic cabin, this is a hidden gem at the lake. Paradise Pier is a short 3-minute walk to Jolly Rodgers.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The Kitchen is fully stocked and has a drip coffee station. In the kitchen you will see an old fashioned telephone… these phones are throughout the property and they are how the ski school communicated back in the day.

Living Room

The living room features breathtaking views of the lake. It has a 65” smart TV, love seat, and couch that converts to a full bed. There are lots of board games and an extra refrigerator to store your drinks.

Master Suite

The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a 55” smart tv. Attached full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, 42” smart tv, and nightstand. There is an attached full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom features a full sized bed and an attached half bath.

Detached Cabin

The cabin features a bedroom with a King sized bed, nightstands, 55” smart tv, couch, and a love seat. There is a full bathroom with shower. There is a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and a mini fridge.

Outside

Outside you will find 240 feet of lake shoreline! Outdoor games like corn hole, golf pong and cam jam. Relax in the hammock during the day and then sit around the fire pit at night! There is also a grandfathered in pier. Spectacular views!

Dock and Martini Deck

Lay out in the sun or enjoy a meal on the martini deck. A 10x27 slip available for guest use. There is a fishing locker full of supplies, a lily pad, floats, and lifejackets and a slide!
**Dock has no electricity to it.

Neighborhood Description

This home is located at the 5 mm. It is within walking distance to the famous Jolly Rodgers. Located just a 20 minute drive to the Bagnell Dam Strip where you can find popular restaurants, shopping, bars and much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
