Remodeled 3 bedroom/2 Bath Lakehouse with Separate Guest House located at the 5.5MM in Lick Branch Cove in the North Shore area of the Lake of the Ozarks. LOTO is located in Lick Branch Cove and offers boat and wave runner rentals.
House can accommodate large families or groups. Its perfect for entertaining and relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking views. Vaulted Great Room and Breakfast Room; Breakfast Bar in Kitchen; Master Bedroom features Queen Bed with full bath; 2nd Bedroom features a Queen x Single bunk bed; 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. Great Room includes a sofa, futon (which also folds into a full size bed), recliner, glider, HDTV with satellite and DVD/VCR. Step on to the large, covered deck from the Great Room to enjoy the breathtaking views of Lick Branch Cove as well as the main channel. The deck has 2 bar height tables/8 chairs and a Weber BBQ grill. Relax at the water's edge around the new firepit area.
Enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock which offers additional parking along side for boats. Obviously our personal boat, wave runner and lifts are off limits. Swim platform has a table/chairs for entertaining and soaking up the sun. Laundry room with washer and dryer are located in the unfinished lower level. We have all of the normal amenities in the kitchen which include coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, etc.

We currently live in O'Fallon, MO and spent many summers as a child enjoying everything that the Lake of the Ozarks had to offer. Its been fun watching it change and develop over these years. It was apparent our love for the lake and as we became parents. We knew that we wanted our girls to get the same pleasure and enjoyment too.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property because of the breathtaking views and location. After purchasing other property in Lick Branch Cove, we fell in love with the location; not too far by car or boat plus all blacktop roads to get there. Because of the location and breathtaking views, we purchased and remodeled this 2 bedroom/2 bath fishing cabin and storage shed into a 3 bedroom/2 bath lake house with a detached guest house.
