Once inside, you are welcomed into a bright modern coastal living space with a sofa, tv, a fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, and utensils, a dining room table

The primary bedroom will surely put a smile on your face with its calming ocean-theme, King bed, tv, and closet, and it has easy access to the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom has bright tropical flares, natural lighting, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sofa in the living area can be converted to a sofa bed for extra accommodation. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Shortboard’s neighbor Longboard is also available for rent and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, totaling five bedrooms and four and a half baths. You can rent these homes separately or as one unit – available under the name Hang 12 on our properties search page. Get ready for the ultimate vacation!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Anna Maria Island Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. The garage is not available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
