Aggie Football Rental

Located 4.7 miles (10 minutes) from Kyle Field in South College Station in a well kept established neighborhood. Our house is conveniently located close to William D. Fitch Parkway and Highway 6 with grocery (HEB), shopping , and restaurants (Gringos, Saltgrass, Walk-Ons, Casa Do Brasil, Uncorked Wine Bar, 1860 Italia) options all within 2 miles. The spacious backyard features a crystal clear blue pool/spa, outdoor TV, and plenty of extra room to play games in the yard. There are two outdoor seating areas to enjoy your friends and family pre-game. The pellet grill is a nice extra to cookout poolside with a 6 top fire table and cabana for shade. Inside the home you will find a large living area with a pull out couch and a 65 inch TV above the gas/wood fireplace with plenty of space to socialize. The kitchen is open concept with island seating. There is a 6 top table to hang have morning coffee. All three bedrooms have fresh linens and comfortable beds. Come stay for the weekend and enjoy this Aggieland home!
