When I renovated this building my dream was to maintain the look and feel of a 1911 city farmhouse building's charm but with modern amenities including HE Furnace, AC, Dishwasher, new Electrical and Plumbing. This home sports a full front and rear porch, gorgeous tree shaded backyard and an extremely social and friendly neighborhood. 9' ceilings and original woodwork and floors throughout. Restored vintage furniture, farmhouse kitchen and an extremely high quality bed with blackout curtains in the bedroom. Located in North Center easily walk to shops, restaurants and attractions in Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Lincoln Square. 1 mile from Lake Michigan beaches. 4 blocks to Brown Line. Easy access to downtown, lakefront, bicycles, restaurants. Extremely quiet in the evening.
