Anniversary trip

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and beach bars. Maria was wonderful to work with. When we return to St.Kitts, i will definitely stay here again.

Graduation trip for my girlfriend

My girlfriend and I stayed a week at this beautiful vrbo and we could not have been more happy with the ease of check in, location, and convenience it had to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend it to anybody traveling to this island

Lovely position, with views of the bay and surrounding hills. We did not use the pool but it looked fine. Check in and check-out were great - Maria was easy to contact and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay when we get to visit St Kitts again. Still a lovely island.

Great Visit

Spent one week here and it was a great home base to visit St Kitts. The location in Frigate Bay makes it easy to walk to the strip and also to access the beaches at the southern end of the island. Maria and the team were very helpful and responsive. Will book again if we make our way back to St Kitts.

Perfect week

Had a wonderful time in St. Kitt while staying at Oleandar! Walking distance to many restaurants and beach as well. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Maria was so very patient with timely responses to my many questions. Arrived home feeling relaxed and restored!

Great

The location was perfect to even walk to many restaurants and stores, both sides of the island. Coffee on the porch was enhanced by ocean sounds and warm breezes. Maria went above and beyond to be helpful. Enjoyed the pool very much.

Dane & Cassie’s Engagement stay

The property was immaculate, our host Maria was as open & friendly as she was incredible to meet, and the property provided the perfect beach to propose marriage to my future wife! Highly, highly recommend using this property. What an amazing island, host, rental unit & experience. 5 out of 5!!

Our host was the best!

Maria, who acted as our host during our stay, was wonderful. The unitl met the description as advertised and our communication with the owner was pleasant and gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the sound of the crashinng waves, the neighbours and the pool. I highly recommend the Oleander.

Oleander Apartment St. Kitts

The Apartment was perfect. Clean & perfectly situated between the Atlantic creating a welcome breeze and the Caribbean sea just 5 minutes walk to a stunning beach with bars and restaurants. Close to local shops also. Maria was a delight, in touch before we arrived, was there to greet us and was easily contactable throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying on St.Kitts & Nevis

Wonderful apartment in charming St Kitts

We spent 5 nights here over New Year and managed to catch the end of carnival. The apartment has everything you would require with the most fabulous large balcony. We enjoyed breakfast on it every morning listening to the Atlantic Ocean and drinks in the evening. Plenty of amenities in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious with good AC in the bedroom.

We really enjoyed this condo. Maria met us there when we arrived from the airport. The condo had everything you need. It was like stepping in to a home away from home instead of an empty shell. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We only made breakfast there but there were plenty of spatulas, cutting boards, a nice skillet and an abundance of dishware, etc.It was nice having a bunch of spices also. The pool at the condo was clean and well kept. The condo is located in a great area. You can walk to a plethora of restaurants and bars. We had a rental car so we could get to other spots on the island but the taxi stand was just down the road. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the oleander. It was a good location accurate depiction as advertised

The accommodations were very good and the kitchen well-stocked. A very good view of the ocean side, and a good sea breeze in the evenings. Only a short walk to frigate bay and the Caribbean side in the area. They call the strip. This was our 33rd anniversary and we originally honeymoon in Saint Kitts. It was special for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the Belmont Estates coconut Rum A bottle which was a well enjoyed complementary item.

Oleander in St Kitts!

This property is exactly as Maria describes. The location is phenominal with walking access to restaurants and bars. We loved the beaches on the east side of the island (10 minutes by car) and easy access to the larger city and mountains/ rain forests to the west. The people on St Kitts are extremely friendly and the snorkeling and hiking are wonderful. Maria and Dianne are available at any time to help. Thank you and we will likely be back soon!

Celebrating Retirement

We found the location of this condo to be central to everything we wanted to do on the Island. It was walkable to restaurants and some beaches. We enjoyed the patio and watching the sunrise each morning.The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare meals. It would have been nice to have had a few additional pots and pans as we like to cook when we are on vacation. The host had a bottle of local rum for us to enjoy. Thank you! Overall, it was a lovely stay. We recommend this location.

Quiet

There was a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean from our balcony. You can walk down to the ocean but the water is too rough to swim at this location. The area is very quiet with lots of restaurants close by. The taxi drivers are helpful with explaining different areas of the island and where to visit. There is a beach that is walking distance but the nicer beaches require a taxi if you don’t rent a car. Being a small island, it is not difficult to get around. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Place to Stay in Frigate Bay

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Oleander. It is centrally located and was an easy walk to the Caribbean beach - " Frigate Bay Strip", grocery stores and restaurants. We did not have a rental car. We used local taxis to and from Basseterre. The huge balcony was a highlight- great for morning coffee and late afternoon drinks. The whole unit was well- equipped - Dianne has thought of everything. We also really enjoyed the pool which we had to ourselves on most days.Maria the Property Manager and Dianne the owner were very welcoming and wonderful hosts.We would highly recommend this property for your St Kitts' holiday!

Just As Described!

This was a great place for us as our base camp. We arrived early and they even made sure we could get in earlier than scheduled. Great hosts! We rented a car to explore the island but you certainly could walk to the beach bar strip on the Caribbean side as well as walk to the grocery store, great restaurants, and casino if you choose to not rent a vehicle. The only bummer (certainly not the host’s fault!) was the sargassum seaweed blob that is rolling thorough the Caribbean right now has trashed the Atlantic side up and down the whole island (as well as many other islands) but again, it’s very easy to walk to the Caribbean side and the seaweed exposure was much less on the leeward side. My wife and I look forward to returning again soon and I would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved our stay. Great location with plenty of restaurants and a couple small grocery stores within walking distance. Indian Summer, SOHO for coffee or fine dining were both excellent. The beach bars on Frigate Bay were very good too. The Atlantic side is rough, so swimming there wasn’t an option. There was also a lot of sargassum on the beach so you really couldn’t do much on the Atlantic side. It just happens that way on islands sometimes. Frigate bay (Caribbean side) was an easy 5-8 minute walk to get to. So we walked that beach every morning. We rented a car for beach hopping and the island is easy to drive around and the beaches were gorgeous and felt very safe. The condo itself had a well appointed kitchen with all of our cooking needs. The deck is large and spacious. Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. You can hear the waves crashing while on the deck. Maria was great at communicating with us and checkin was easy. The pool was clean and a nice option. This condo was perfect for us and we would definitely love to stay there again.

beautiful condo with beach view

We had a great time. The hostesses and owners took great care of us but also gave us plenty of privacy and space. The views of the hillside jungle from inside the condo and the blue pacific ocean from the spacious pateo is incredible. Its a good thing that they arrange for a hostess to meet you at the airport since we had an issue with our car rental. They made sure we made it to the condo and then the next morning the condo owner herself called the car rental company and had them come and pick us up to go get our rental car in town. We see why they have return guests at this charming, quiet spot.

Great location for your St. Kitts vacation

The listing was very accurate and true. The location is great for providing you with the privacy of being away from the resort crowds but close enough to walk to them if you wish. The property is a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean and a few minutes from the Caribbean and its beaches, bars and restaurants. Dianne & Avenice do a wonderful job from start to finish. Our stay was great! We relaxed, we adventured, we drank, we ate well and we made many friends while leaving our footprints on many beaches. A great vacation!

The Most Relaxing Vacation EVER!

The property is literally walking distance from everything. You can walk to the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Ocean, restaurants, stores, bars, and a taxi stand. Being so close to the ocean, the property always has a breeze flowing through. Only used the air conditioning once. The best part probably is the balcony. But be warned, don’t sit on the balcony unless you are prepared to take a nap. With the breeze and roar of the waves from the Atlantic Ocean crashing on the shore, a unplanned nap will occur. If you just need to relax, this is the right island and the right apartment.

Awesomeness

Very well kept apartment. Access to everything you may need to have a good vacation was at hand from lawn chairs to pots and sheets. Only sugestión is to get a grill. Meeting with the estate manager was easy. Answered everytime I called. This place is very good for a couple or small family. The area was convinietly located close to all the beaches and hotels and stores with duty free good sold at the same price as in the United States. A good place to vacation.

A great escape to St. Kitts

My wife and I had a most enjoyable vacation at Oleander in St. Kitts. The unit was perfect for what we needed. The unit itself is in great shape and repair while the total complex needs some work.
