•Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 people. Violators will be immediately evicted from the property with no refunds.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS on premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the property and a $200 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to restore the property.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises. All guests must comply with Union County noise ordinance sent to them in advance and posted in the home.
• Please note: neither Nourish Vacation Homes nor the property owner are responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
•Guests will secure the premises by locking all doors and windows when not on property
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy must be provided when requested upon booking.
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
• Please remove shoes when entering the home.
• Because this home is on a septic system, flushing anything anything other than the provided toilet paper will result in a $200 fine; this includes wipes labeled as flushable.
• NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy.

•This home is equipped with video surveillance on the outside of the home. Located at front door. The interior does NOT have video surveillance, but does have motion sensors to detect intruders when the home is vacant. The rental is also equipped with noise detect
• Community pool and hot tub are open seasonally and weather dependent, from May - October. Hot tub is heated on Friday and Saturday nights from 4-6pm


Letting Geaux is located in The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve, North Georgia's upscale neighborhood of environmentally friendly modern homes. Convenient to the charming mountain towns of Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee, Murphy, and Hayesville. Near Crane Creek Vineyards, John C. Campbell Folk School, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and Young Harris College. 40 minute drive to Blue Ridge.
Access to the home is on a coded door lock. Guests will receive detailed instructions the day of their arrival.
Parking is limited to maximum 3 cars. Electric vehicle charging station is available for guest use. No public transportation is available, though if you require private car service please contact us and we can recommend local third parties to provide that.
