Renovated mountain property, overlooking the Hiawasse River, featuring a heated pool (closed seasonally, depending on rental requests as late as Oct). Up charge for heat, if needed. Recent 6 person Hottub. Amazing views from inside or outside, and several thousand square feet of concrete and trex decking makes this property a wonderful vacation setting. Sleeps a maximum of 10. Two sets of twin bunks are recommended for children. Tight for 10 adults.

Centrally located within 1 mile of downtown Murphy, with multiple delicious restaurants, 4.4 miles to the recently built $200+M Harrah's Casino, and less than a 45 min drive to the Nantahala Gorge white water rafting center with zip lines. Fun for just about all ages.

Home includes Foseball/Soccer and Ping Pong table.

Pet deposit of $25 per dog. Max 2 dogs allowed per visit. Again pool can be heated for an additional cost.

This house was very nice but the views were spectacular! Not to mention the multiple families of deer that came to nearby properties was special! We also really enjoyed many jacuzzi and fire pit evenings. The town of Murphy was also very conveniently located close to the property with some nice breweries and restaurants.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating a birthday here with friends. The house is lovely and had plenty of space for everyone to spend time together comfortably. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoors—the mountain views are wonderful, and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub. Definitely got lucky with some out-of-season warm, sunny weather.I also really appreciated the host's communication. Scott was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning easy. It was a fantastic spot for a getaway, and we would love to come back!

Our second visit and the view over the lake draws us in every time. Comfy deck furniture and lots of pool toys. Location convenient to groceries, restaurants and outdoor activities. Don't miss the donuts at Rare Bird Emporium.

My whole family loves the property. It was the whole package with the gorgeous spacious cabin, secluded with amazing views, pool, hot tub & games. Plus there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy together as well as gazebos for quiet time to ourselves. The town of Murphy was great with cute shops and convenient places for all needs.

The view is amazing, the pool and hottub were the perfect temperature. Check in was easy. Scott was great with communication. The kitchen wqs well stocked with dishes to use. The beds were very comfortable. It is a great place to get away with the family and relax.

Why they chose this property

My plan was to have this be my first flip home. However, I got carried away with upgrades, fell in love with the views, and the warm feel of Murphy and it's wonderful, friendly residents. Bought my two partners out and finished the project with the quality required to eventually call it my retirement home.

What makes this property unique

Views, views, views! Also love the privacy and the pool and hottub.

The small town is so much fun (live music, etc.), don't miss a night on the town early into your trip! Have the town preacher serve you a beer and share the word at Parson's. He won't bring it up unless you do, but he has a great story and is easy to love!
