Pelican Sound is a friendly community that never ceases to amaze. 2 outstanding restaurants and bars onsite, bi-weekly musical entertainment, monthly concerts in the park.
15 minutes from airport, Naples, Fort Myers and Bonita Beach. Shopping, dining, arts and nature.
Rental minimum and Rates:
2 month minimum rental required by HOA but a
4 to 6 month rental preferred. Will also consider the following rentals: January and February for 14K , or March and April for 15K, December is available if combined with January and February for 18K.
4 months plus rate is negotiable.
Rental tax will be added to rates.
