This condo is a perfect urban retreat in the heart of the most expensive area in the state Paradise Valley. McCormich Ranch & Gainey Ranch restaurants and shops a half mile away. Right off of Scottsdale Road allowing easy access south to Old Town Scottsdale or north to Keirland Commons and North Scottsdale.
The Condo is turn key as it gets. Allowing guest to settle into the comforts, appliances and necessities they are used to at home. The living room has a wrap around sectional sofa with recliners at both ends for additional comfort. Speaking of sectionals the living room leads out to an expansive walk out patio with a large 6 person outdoor patio sectional with cafe lights. If one patio was not enough their is a private patio directly off the guest bedroom. The Joshua Tree Community it self has two beautiful pools on sight.
