Unit includes one car garage with covered access to front door.

Close to Multiple hospitals, Park Avenue, Rollins College and walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores.

Brand new AC, cabinets, flooring, etc installed 7/2022.

Cable TV, Wifi, and Amazon Firestick and Roku included along with basic Spectrum streaming cable.
