Spacious gîte located in the Golden Triangle of the Dordogne.
Within a newly converted barn this stunning apartment is light and spacious with exposed beams. You will love the air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and the spacious living area where you can cook, eat, relax and play. Additionally you will have two bedrooms (one double and a twin), a shower room, utility area and a work area. For a shaded meal or relaxing drink you will find a private covered terrace with BBQ. You can also swim in our large swimming pool with breathtaking views.

We are a British couple now living in France at Les Granges. We moved here in October 2021 and have converted two barns into three gites and built a pool. We love to welcome guests to Les Granges and share our beautiful home here in the Dordogne.

Le Fenil is one of three gites at Les Granges. It is situated on the outskirts of Marquay, a small hilltop village with some facilities. 3 km away is Lake Tamnies where you can swim or laze on the beach in summer. Sarlat with its beautiful medieval centre is 12 km away, while Les Eyzies is just 15km away.
What makes this property unique
Les Granges is surrounded by beautiful countryside offering an abundance of walking and cycling opportunities. However, Sarlat is just 10 minutes away with supermarkets, restaurants etc.
