This gorgeous ranch is located in Matthews community- a residential oasis. Located in the corner lot, it provides ample outdoor space and plenty of privacy and inside you will find an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The living room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling giving the room a warm and inviting feel. Fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets and countertops. The bedrooms in the home are all generously sized and have plenty of closet space. All the floors are ceramic tiled which makes them easy to clean. The outside, fenced-in backyard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities and the deck is ideal for outdoor entertainment and dining.
Plus point: this casa comes with a sunroom :)

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

We came to Matthews looking at potential areas/homes to move to and stayed for 12 days at this cozy ranch. The home is very quiet, had everything we needed and was convenient to many areas for our home search. Our 2 kids got their own room and shared a bathroom. Everyone slept well which made the house hunting much easier. Morning & evening walks around the neighborhood were nice - kids liked all the fire flies and deer. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Harris Teeter within 3 minutes. Downtown Matthews is charming and has some really good restaurants. Definitely will stay again when we return.
