This cute cottage for 6 is located just down the street from beautiful Lake Como that offers swimming, fishing, and water sports. It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music as well as many other restaurants within walking distance. There is also the availability to drive golf carts in the neighborhood with a permit should you choose to rent one. The backyard is equipped with a fire pit, grill, and a screened in table for games and activities. There is also a coffee station as well as a bar cart all stocked with essentials. This cottage also has a personalized book with a list of different activities and restaurants in the area to ease your planning. Bring your family or your friends and welcome to my home.
