The house was perfect for our group. It was beautifully renovated and had plenty of built in entertainment. Host could not have been more pleasant to work with. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Super clean, owner was great with communication. Very nice place to stay. Only small issue was the water in the shower was hot and cold. Then you are really close with the house behind you. Owner was awesome.

I wish you would have brought the water issue to my attention during your stay because we had a new tankless water heater installed 2 days before you arrived and it is still under warranty from the plumbing company. I will call them first thing this morning. You and your family were excellent guests and are welcome back any time.

Zach as a host was exceptional! Very responsive from start to finish. He was also very accommodating to our requests. The house was very clean and well stocked which is so important. We will definitely be back to enjoy Zach’s house and the lake. Thank you!!

The house was right on the lakefront, giving beautiful views of morning sunrises. We could sit out on the dock and watch boats go by. The main floor was very functional. Our grandkids especially loved the foosball, table shuffleboard, and the old-school electronic golf game. The bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and gave each family private space.The kids had fun swimming from the end of the dock. Although there were a fair amount of boats on the weekend, we were able to stay well away from them(thanks to the no-wake buoys 200 feet offshore. Since we had nearly 20 people in our group, we also rented a second house from Zach. It was a short walk, but very convenient. This arrangement worked out great for our large group. Zach did an excellent job of responding quickly to some minor questions we had. He was proactive with early communications, and made certain that everything was acceptable. I would recommend him if you need a rental.

Wonderful Property

Just a couple of small problems. Dishwasher didn’t shut properly. Kept rubbing against cabinet. Water temperature kept fluctuating

Amazing Lake Delavan Getaway - Perfect Family Spot!Our stay at this beautiful lake house on Lake Delavan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. This house is truly a gem and was the perfect spot for our family vacation.The house itself was great – clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay easy and relaxing. We especially enjoyed tubing on the lake, the big windows overlooking the lake, "the well-stocked kitchen," and the cozy living areas. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.The host, Zach, was also great! Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.We made so many wonderful memories here, from tubing on the lake, exploring the area, and enjoying morning coffee with lake views. The location on Lake Delavan is ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to local activities.We can't recommend this lake house enough.

Great house with a beautiful view on Lake Delevan. There was plenty of room for gathering and meals. The fire pit by the water is also a nice touch. Easy to check in and out.

The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was great for our family vacation. The grandkids loved the sunroom with foosball, shuffle board and the golf video game. Zach was very responsive, patient and kind with all of my questions.
