The Living room has a beautiful queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Two rocking swivel chairs are the perfect spot for the relaxation, reading a book or watching a TV. Our smart TVs offer free streaming content, like Sling, as well as streaming TV channels. Guests can access their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime or other streaming accounts on smart TVs. The balcony offers a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

Majestic Beach Condo provides lovely personal ambiance through colored under-the-cabin led lights and unique coffee corner where guests can make a variety of coffee to their personal liking - Italian or Mr. Coffee Keurig coffee, drip Mr. Coffee with few different roasts, espresso (with Nespresso machine), or French coffee press. We provide starting set of various Nespresso and k-cup capsules. We even provide cappuccino, tea or cider k-cups if those drinks that you prefer to try on your beach vacation. There are plenty of great restaurants within 5 min walking distance from Majestic Beach Condo. However, if guests prefer cooking their own meals, our kitchen has everything they need for that.

The bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable mattress where you can relax at the of the day or take short nap during a day. The bedroom has built-in closet with drawers, shelves and hangers, and a luggage rack for convenient unpacking. We provide modern night stands that have built-in power and USB ports that make charging phones or other devices much very easy. We also provide a sound machine if our guests prefer to choose personal sound for their nightly sleep.

Unlike many other properties nearby who charge even for beach towels, we provide complete set of beach gear free-of-charge, to help you enjoy your beach vacation: beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, umbrella, tent, floating noodles, floats, beach cart, and kids sand toys.

Free high-speed internet (good for streaming or working).
Dining room table can be easily used as a workspace - with beautiful view to the palm tree. Guests can connect to the TV via HDMI cable and use it as a larger or second monitor (guest will need to bring HDMI cable with them or request one in advance).

The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the popular Gulf Winds Condominium Resort - no elevator.

The following amenities are provided by the Resort and shared with other resort guests: heated pool, shuffleboard, and a paid laundry facility.

Our hospitality service is unlike hotels and most other local vacation properties that are managed by rental corporations. We personally own and manage Majestic Beach Condo and always ensure that our guests get exceptionally clean and convenient accommodations accompanied by a personal touch and experience during their visit to St. Pete Beach and stay at Majestic Beach Condo. Our proximity to the beach as well as car parking is much closer that those of the nearby hotels.
