The home has 4 bedrooms, along with a queen pull out sofa bed, 2.5 baths, bonus game room, fantastic backyard with a sparkling inground pool, firepit, outdoor Lani with tiki bar and smart TV! We have a ton of outdoor seating- lounge chairs, outdoor living room set, and chairs nestled around the firepit in the fenced in backyard. This area is perfect to cool down in the Florida sun, unwind while reading a book or enjoy an evening cocktail by the pool. There is a grill and games such as corn hole available for guests in the backyard.

Need to cool off inside? Don't worry, we have you covered! (No pun intended) Beach towels are provided! We have a super fun indoor entertainment space as well. Equipped with a pool table, dart board, high speed Wi-Fi, and smart TV's.

The living room has a giant sectional, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 85" smart TV can be seen from the couch and game room so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies.

The home has a full kitchen, open floor plan, dining area that seats 6, kitchen island with 2 bar height seats. We even have a dedicated coffee bar with a Ninja coffee maker, coffee mugs, and coffee pods!

The master bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom has a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down. The master bedroom has sliding doors, for direct access to the pool deck. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, a large mirror and an oversized walk-in closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This bedroom includes a full-length mirror.

The first and second guest bedrooms have queen size beds with closets to store your luggage. The third guest room is the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed with a trundle twin. Additionally, there is a queen pull out sofa located off the kitchen for additional sleeping arrangements!

There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent. We supply dishwasher detergent and trash bags. We provide toilet paper and paper towels. There are fresh sheets on all the beds as well as fresh towels. We have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. There is a hair dryer and a clothes steamer in the main bathroom.

While a car is recommended for optimal mobility, the neighborhood itself offers delightful strolls that showcase the beauty of the surroundings.
