Perfectly located in one of the historic neighborhoods of downtown Orlando. This ideal location will have you surrounded by a variety of culture and cuisine delicacies while relaxing in your luxe space.

This historic neighborhood is very walkable. Enjoy a quiet stroll while enjoying the nearby parks, notable scenery, and warmth of the gleeful residents.
The space
Open concept space with more than enough room to lounge, play a board game, or enjoy a nice dinner. The living room boasts a 75 inch wall-mounted television with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon prime, and HBO Max.

The kitchen boasts enough cooking utensils and seasonings for a sous-chef! Cook a delicious meal using the instapot while enjoying a cup of coffee or cappuccino from the Keurig.

The master bedroom is very spacious, contains a king bed with a top of the line mattress, and a 65 inch wall-mounted TV. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, high-end comfortable mattresses, and 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TVs.

Relax in the patio, or front porch during a relaxing afternoon with a nice breeze.

great neighborhood

better than expected. the master bedroom is very large and the walk in shower is 4x6. extra amenities a nice touch.
