Settled into the gated community of the Santa Rosa Cove, enjoy a short stroll to the classic La Quinta Resort, the famous PGA West Pete Dye Mountain Course, or into Old Town La Quinta for excellent shopping, restaurants, farmers markets, and art and music.
The home has three large bedrooms, ample outdoor space, and a wonderful private courtyard with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The neighborhood has many pools and tennis courts to enjoy year round including the ones just steps away from the back patio.
Wonderfully finished Spanish styling encompasses the entire house from the Saltillo tile to hand painted decorative tiles throughout. Artwork finishes the look and feel throughout. A chefs kitchen comes fully equipped with everything necessary to cook inside or out with the gas BBQ.
A separate casita off the courtyard has many options for guest accommodations from an excellent private bedroom, play room for the kids, or a quiet remote work office.
