In the heart of the hotel zone, you will find a blue ocean with soft white sand. This villa is comfortable and practical, ideal for vacations with family or friends.
Our greatest pride is this beautiful and unique beach voted the best of Cancun.

his 150m2 condominium is located in the hotel zone of Cancun. The condominium has a large pool which is shared with other guests, Restaurant, Cafeteria, Gym, Beauty Salon, convenience store, beautiful gardens, and direct access to the beach, known as the most beautiful, is free of waves and It is practically a natural pool.
The nightlife is only 5 minutes walking and you will have all the clubs in the party center. There is a complete shopping center with a supermarket 1 kilometer away.

Access is directly at Beachscape Kin Ha, your concierge will give you all the instructions so you can access the villa by means of a code.
Upon arrival you must register at the reception with the instructions of your concierge
The location is very practical and close to all the attractions of the Cancun hotel zone. Practical space with basic decoration that allows intimacy and comfort for our visitors.
Its surroundings surrounded by beaches and gardens, buildings with rustic finishes, and the pool overlooking the immense sea invite you to relax and enjoy.
On the property there is a restaurant, convenience store, ping-pong tables, pool table and elevator.
Parking is inside the property with private security, if you rent a car you can park it without any problem.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor so there is a lot of breeze and it is very cool, it has central air conditioning, the furniture is comfortable and basic.
We provide the basic things you might need during your stay. So it will be comfortable, relaxing, and surrounded by sun, sand and sea. We have prepared a welcome and personal hygiene kit:
-Toilet Paper 2 rolls per bathroom
-Hand soap 100 ml per bathroom
-Shampoo 100 ml per bathroom
-Bath towels and beach towels one per registered person
We offer daily cleaning 5 days a week . Our housekeeper will be there from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and will keep your condo spotless for your you to enjoy it after a day at the beach . If any of the amenities run out during your stay, you can replace them at the nearest convenience store.
Please note that we have no control over weather changes or ocean clarity as they change from day to day.
This is a property built over 20 years ago. We strive to provide our space always impeccably and with excellent maintenance. The climate in this area causes various inconveniences, so we ask you to contact us either by platform, telephone, or mail.
We ask you to read very well the regulations that will be given upon your arrival. We want you to enjoy your vacations and that there are no doubts about the property you are renting.

We had a great time at the villa! The spacious living room with ocean views was definitely the highlight—such a relaxing spot to hang out. The place is a little outdated in spots, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Location is unbeatable, and the hosts were super helpful. Would stay again!

Perfect for what we were looking for.

First and foremost, Alejandra Lopez was an excellent host. All requests that I made, Alejandro took care of in an expedient manner. More towels, check, all of our transportation needs, check, one of my friends was complaining that the water was not warm enough and the maintenance guy was over in 15 minutes. 5 friends went to Cancun to spearfish. This property and location were perfect for us. The unit was spacious and clean. The location was a 7 minute walk to the party zone. The bus stop was right outside for when we wanted to go further down the peninsula or into town and we were a 15 minute drive to Puerto Juarez. We enjoyed our stay.

Best location in the hotel zone

Our group of 10 included two young kids. The calm water and white sandy beach out front was perfect. There are Palapas and lounge chairs available for use on the beach. It is easy to walk to the big grocery store - Súper Chedraui Selecto. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front is arguably the best beach in Cancun. It is on the north end so it's protected from large waves making it very calm and great for kids. The sand is white and powdery. The water is bright blue and clear. Only a handful of hotels/resorts have direct access to this beach so it's never overly crowded. The only way for the public to access it is if they walk along the beach from Playa Tortugas, which is about 2km away. The pool is great as well when you need a break from the sand. The condo itself is very nice, but not super luxurious. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. Think high end 3 star hotel in a 5+ star location. It's comfortable and gets the job done, and grants you access to the best location and beach in the hotel zone. We really enjoyed out stay here and would definitely stay again.

The hotel zone is very well maintained and very safe. You can go for a run or walk on the beach or on the bike path. Transportation is very easy, local buses run every 10-15 minutes. They cost approximately 1 dollar and take you through the hotel zone to the center of the city. It has a family atmosphere, very safe, quiet and clean.
