The Space:

As you enter, you are welcomed by the large vaulted entryway and classic living room with lounge seating. The living room boasts wonderful natural light through the plantation shutters, and flows seamlessly to the open dining space and family room plus kitchen. In the dining room you'll find a table with seating for 7 and sliding doors that open to the backyard. Then as you walk a little further, there is the large family room which opens to the kitchen. The family room boasts a large flatscreen TV above the ambient fireplace, and cozy furniture offering lots of seating. The dazzling kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an island with barstool seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and all your cooking and dining essentials. All of the living spaces on the first floor flow seamlessly together so every guest can spread out comfortably, but be together while cooking, dining, relaxing and celebrating. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Upstairs you will find all of the bedrooms plus the bonus room. The spacious on-suite primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, Peloton exercise bike, shower with glass door, separate large soaking tub, and vanity with dual sinks. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom 3 has 2 full-sized beds. The upstairs guest bathroom is crisp and clean and can be shared by both guest bedrooms. The bonus media room has a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and extra large sofa - perfect for added sleeping accommodations for kids or movie night. There is also a convenient half bath on the first floor of the home off the entryway.
