Patrick, we are thankful you reached out to our team during your trip. We are disappointed the group above was not forthcoming with the intentions of their stay. Our goal is to host families or groups of guests that are able to abide to our noise policies. As discussed with one our managers, we have a thorough process of being made aware of potential problem guests, in addition to enforcing strict fines for complaints. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the property itself, the wide sandy beach, and of course the location. We look forward to hosting you soon! ~ The Team at Beachfront Only

Hi Kimberley, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the troubling experience you had at our property. The safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities, and it's clear we fell short in these areas during your stay. The incident upon arrival is distressing and absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide. Likewise, the various maintenance and equipment issues you've mentioned are not reflective of our usual standards. Please know that we have taken your comments to heart. We've conducted a thorough remodeling of the unit to address these issues and improve the overall experience for our guests. The property now reflects the high standard of quality and comfort we wish to offer. We deeply regret the impact these issues had on your vacation, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that in the future we will have the chance to provide a better experience, one that truly aligns with the potential of our property's location and space. Warm regards, The Beachfront Only Team
