An Eastside base for Rotorua adventures that is both peaceful & convenient, homely & spacious. Drive/ ride to Lake Okareka, Blue Lake &Lake Tarawera or walk/ bike to Redwood Forest with world -class mountain biking & walk trails. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy a spa after a day's biking/Walking. Large kitchen with everything you need, Local eateries are an easy 10-minute stroll away. Plenty of parking for cars, water toys. Fence off back lawn to keep pets & kids safe.
the home has 3 bedrooms and a comfortable pull-out bed. This home is set over 1 level. Modern kitchen, that goes out onto deck for outside dining. BBQ. Expansive views with forest peeps to your left from front deck.
Smart TVs, sky in lounge/master bedroom. Netflix.
You have full exclusive access to the home. Please note garage is not able to be used.

Full laundry with washer and dryer. outside line.
The driveway has a small uphill and flat at top.

Comfortable home, great location

This is a very comfortable and clean home close to the Redwoods and Blue Lake. Has a great kitchen and spacious living area. We had a really pleasant time here, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic sized property, great location, awesome kitchen. Loved the facilities available including heat pump/fans. Perfect bath for the kids. Biggest concern for us was the worn carpet particularly where it joint the tiles in the doorway as tiny little bits of metal sticking up - hazardous for my crawling baby and young toddler. We put mats/rugs over the doorway join and this fixed the problem. Lightbulbs in the bathroom need changing as it was dark unless using the heat lamp (hot!). And some new pegs for the clothes line might be useful! Overall great property, really well priced and loads of space for the family. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the spa but this was a draw card when looking for places initially!Thanks for having us!
