Perfect Location for the best price

The house is basically on the beach and you can walk to multiple restaurants and bars on the beach. We didnt even need a rental car or Uber. 100% recommend!

Property was spotlessly clean, very safe neighborhood, staff easy to get ahold of. It really is 70 steps to beach as promised. Linens were exceptionally soft both towels and sheets. Mattress was great! Beach towels and umbrella were available right outside the door. Property is remodeled but primitive~ no iron, no microwave, no broom/vacuum, no cooler.

Family golf & beach trip

The location cannot be beat if you like the beach. The unit has beach chairs, umbrella, cart & cooler to make going to the beach super easy. We loved just going down to sit & walk daily. Unit itself is like a cabin. Perfect size for 4 adults. The couch beds aren't the comfiest but worked for our 18 & 21 year old sons. Air conditioning was easy to control in bedroom & living spaces. The one in the main living area is louder. Very small shower but nice & clean. Good restaurants very close by plus gas station on the corner. Would highly recommend this property.

We really loved the location but we had a lot of issues with the unit. Every single window blind except one or two has damage! It was uncomfortable to change or shower due to this. There is light that comes in through windows at night, enough to make it look like daylight in the middle of the night. There are stains on the couch and pillows plus dirty areas of the house. Can’t use the oven because there are no pans. The stovetop gas is not strong so when making something stovetop, the fire goes out constantly. The pictures of the house make it look much larger. There is no wagon or cart to take chairs or umbrella to beach like in reviews. The team was quick to change out the broken umbrella and stained comforter after second request. The location was really the best part of this place. You are so close to the beach and shopping strand. We walked everywhere and loved this beach and city. The unit had pickleball paddles and there is a court that we enjoyed going to. I wish the unit was cleaner with blinds that are intact and window curtains to block the light.
This was our favorite part. You are right on the beach.
