Superb Direct Close Beach Views,Hear the Surf,Corner 2BR 2BA North Coast Village

This ensuite single level two bedroom two bathroom panoramic ocean and beach view condo is on an outside corner. This means there are dual directional views to the ocean, the beach, Harbor Beach, the estuary, the San Luis Rey River, Harbor Village, north beach and the jetty. We are fortunate to be able to offer you these views as there are few outside corner elevated condos here, and less with similar views.

All of the view photos above were taken from the condo and are true distance, with the exception of the two photos that were taken from the beach and labeled as such.

Being sited on an outside building corner there's one shared wall and there are additional windows providing more views and cross ventilation possibilities.

The west and northerly facing balcony offers more dramatic viewing to all beach and ocean possibilities. The condo is equivalent to being four floors above the ground below where the F and little G buildings meet.

You may prefer to just lounge and watch the waves, the sailboats, the surfers, the birds, sometimes kite enthusiasts, the sand beach, and the everchanging views from this condo.

The sound of the surf may be heard from inside the condo. The moment you enter you're greeted by beautiful ocean views. The condo does not face onto a street, a major pedestrian walkway, nor is it near the train lines. You will be able to choose your level of interaction with beach activities or enjoy the peacefulness of the condo while still being right at the beach.

The adjacent beach is generally visited by vacationers and extends north to the rock jetty. This beach is lifeguarded in the summer with a designated surfing area and an adjacent separate swimming area. There are no streets to cross to reach the beach.

At night, Harbor Village across the estuary is lit and beautiful. If you are tall enough you can even see the ocean from the operable bathroom windows.

Grab the provided sand chairs, go down the elevator or stairs, out the gate and onto the sand...or...grab the provided pool towels and head to the modern expansive freeform pool area with a separate spa in a grotto setting. This large pool recreation area has been remodeled and there is a large newly added family spa near this pool. A designated gas barbeque area with picnic benches overlook the pool and to the ocean, there's a ping pong room, pool showers, and pool restrooms.

The condo furnishings are comfortable and well suited for individuals, couples, and families. There are no interior stairs. The kitchen is equipped. Bed and bath linens are provided. There's beach towels, sand chairs, and boogie boards for your use. Our hope is that you will be pleased.

In the condo there are two Smart TVs with cable and streaming capabilities. There's free wi-fi service.

One dedicated reserved parking space is provided in the garage which can accommodate vehicles up to 6'-6" . A second owned dedicated reserved parking space may be available to reserve in the garage for an additional fee. There are a very limited amount of onsite 24 hour visitor spaces. A 24 hour unmanned city sponsored pay lot is nearby within walking distance.

What We Love:

We do not charge a resort fee, nor a check in fee, nor a cleaning fee. We do not have any control over VRBO's fees.
