4) Quiet time from 10 pm-8 am

6) Park only in designated spaces or cars will be towed, parking stall # 36 is just in front of the staircase leading to the unit, and a second stall by the wall on the right side coming out of the stairs on the left side of the transformer.
7) To avoid bear issues no food should ever be left anywhere outside of the unit
8) Whistler does not provide garbage curbside pick-up services due to bears and other wildlife, all your garbage, including recycling and separated food waste should be taken to one of the two waste depots in Whistler:
Nesters Depot: 8010 Nesters Road (3 min drive)
Function Junction Depot: 1001 Lynham Road(10 min drive)
9) When using the fireplace burn only performed logs, like dura flame logs, and no wood they can be purchased at most grocery stores, make sure the chimney flue/damper is open at the time of use
10) No grease, cigarette butts, sanitary products, make-up removal pads, etc should be flushed or put into drains. If a blockage occurs, there is a 20,000 deductible that insurance doesn´t cover.
11) The basement is locked and off-limits for owner/management use only
12)The dining room and living room blinds, when down at night and early in the morning keep the heat out in the summer and the cold out in the winter.
13) Portable a/c units must pull air through the windows or sliding doors.
14) No Ski/Snowboard boots past the foyer please, they will damage the tiles.
15) No abrasives should be used on surfaces when cleaning.
