The Space:
Snow settles quietly along the fairway as morning light filters through tall windows, the mountains rising beyond in soft winter hues. Inside, the warmth of the fireplace and the hush of a winter landscape create a rhythm that invites slower mornings and relaxed evenings. After a day on the trails or slopes, the stillness of the neighborhood makes it easy to unwind and feel at home.
The townhouse sits beside the Nicklaus North Golf Course, a short drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Renovated in December 2019, the two-story home opens into an airy main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and expansive windows framing Whistler and Blackcomb. Hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and air conditioning throughout ensure comfort across the seasons, while winter days feel especially cozy gathered indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, and private balcony overlooking Green Lake, with an ensuite that includes a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed beside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twins, along with its own ensuite featuring a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and private ensuite, and a nearby powder room adds convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the living and dining areas, making it easy to gather after winter adventures. Granite counters, Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, and heated slate floors support shared meals and long conversations. The dining table seats ten, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
Outdoor living
Even in winter, the outdoor spaces invite quiet moments. The upper deck is home to the private hot tub, ideal for soaking under the cold mountain air after a day outside. The patio offers a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, while the backyard opens onto grassy space that borders the fairway when snow gives way to warmer months.
Comfort & amenities
You have in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and bedroom linens, along with fast wifi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. Heating, air conditioning, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace support year-round stays. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Parking & access
A two-car garage accommodates small vehicles and gear, with one additional driveway space available. Entry is through a private entrance with a smart lock for self check-in.
Neighborhood
The home is set in Whistler’s quiet Nicklaus North neighborhood, within walking distance of the golf clubhouse, Table Nineteen restaurant, and Meadow Park Sports Centre.
