Beautiful, spacious home for families and groups to enjoy. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Jacksonville and minutes away from many grocery stores and restaurants. The backyard is great for grilling with outdoor seating and a grill. After eating you can enjoy a game of cornhole or kick back on the comfortable couch and watch your favorite movies on the large smart tv. Less than a quarter of a mile away is the community playground for children and the community pool for everyone to enjoy during the summer.
The space
Inside the home you will find an appealing kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Roku tv available in the main bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. All the amenities you can think of to enjoy your stay such as wifi, tea, hot cocoa, gameroom with ping pong table, dart board, arcade basketball, smart tv and playstation 4. Every bedroom with the exception of one has a smart tv. Each room is spacious and sleeps two comfortably.

Queen air mattress is also available. Community pool will be open until Labor Day weekend.

The neighborhood is one of the best in Jacksonville. Located close to all of the shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood pool and playground is less than a quarter of a mile away from the home.
What makes this property unique
Time will fly in the game room with so much fun to be had and the neighborhood pool being within close proximity is a great way to cool off in the summer heat. The grill and patio are perfect for outdoor gatherings.
