* No need to haul or buy beach towels (4) or beach toys; owner has provided these for your pleasure .
* Kitchen is well-equipped for 'dining in' with anything the chef might need to prepare any meal . All new stainless steel appliances , a blender to mix up those frozen beach drinks and K cup style coffee maker .
* Master bedroom has king size bed , 40' flat screen (SmartTV with Netflix) (cable) , dvd / blue-ray player and drapes if you want to sleep a little late .

Very nice condo. Everything you might need and more! The view is beautiful and the location is great too! We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach with chairs and umbrella provided. The balcony is spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing! The bedrooms were large, the views were beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were all the pool/beach toys, chairs and towels needed to have a great day on the beach. The owner was very friendly and communicated often. We will for sure stay here on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Perfect Condo!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed Thanksgiving holidays (Nov 27-Dec 1) in Destin, FL. Jim is an excellent host and attentive to our needs. He was very easy to contact if needed. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. The beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins from the balcony. I 100% recommend and hope to return soon.

Great Property!!

This was a great property to stay at. Conveniently located to quickly get around Destin. Sat on the patio drinking coffee and watching dolphins in the morning. Jim was great to work with. He quickly responded to any question we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Sept. 2020 Loved this condo, it was a true beacfront property! Great location, stunning views, the condo had everything we needed, the owner was awsome, checking in with us when the weather got hairy !! We will definitely go back!!

Spacious condo and private beach!
