Private Beach Waterfront w/ Dock - Rock River Hideaway

Welcome to the Rock River Hideaway! Located just downriver from Lake Kosh, this house offers a peaceful retreat where you can put your toes in the sand at the private beach, with a natural artesian spring waterfall. Use the kayaks, bring your own boat, fish for walleye and northern, and enjoy some s'mores on an open fire surrounded by scenic views. Watch for a nesting family of bald eagles and eaglets directly across the river from you. Book your stay today and experience the beauty of Rock County.

- A rare and unique private sand beach right outside your back door is perfect for those summer days.
- Multiple decks (1 is covered) allow you to enjoy the river in any weather.
- Feel free to bring your own boat and tie off at our dock or use the 16ft bunk boat lift. The public boat launch is about 15 min drive away, and a quarter mile upriver.
- Dog Friendly! If you're planning to bring your dog, be sure to add a dog to your booking (a small Pet Fee is applied to cover additional cleaning and wear/tear).

2 kayaks and 1 stand-up paddle board is available for you to explore the river! Kids love the soft sand beach, tree swing, and water slide into the sand-bottom river! Family memories are waiting to be made!

In the area for work? We love hosting work trips and know you'll have a comfortable stay. We have 2 separate living rooms with smart tv's, high-speed Fiber gigabit internet, comfortable bedding, laundry washer/dryer, discounts on longer trips, and plenty of parking for 4-6 cars. We're 3 min from I-90, 12 min from Janesville, 30 min from downtown Madison.

Beautiful place to stay on the river! My family enjoyed a very nice stay. I truly enjoyed the upstairs bedroom! The skylights were very enjoyable. Perfect spot for relaxation and fun

We came in town for a wedding in the vicinity. Our group was my spouse, our two little kids, my parents and me. Not immense space but very comfortable fit for all of us. The house is thoughtfully stocked including with plush towels and toys that are littles adored. It’s a lovely view of Rock River with an enclosed porch on the upper level and one that walks out to the small beach on the lower level shaded by the deck above. It was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee and boat watching. Communication with Ashley was clear and quick. Recommend without reservations. We’d certainly come back!
