Welcome to our cozy home nestled in the heart of Clarksville, just minutes away from Ft Campbell and conveniently positioned about 4 miles from Interstate 24 – a major route connecting to Nashville, Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama. The space:
Welcome to our tranquil one-level home situated in a quiet community with friendly neighbors and convenient access to nearby restaurants and businesses. Ideal for up to 7 guests, our home offers ample space for you, your family, and any guests, allowing everyone to enjoy the comforts of a home away from home without feeling crowded. Whether you're planning a family vacation, business retreat, or pursuing a creative endeavor, our spacious floor plan ensures a comfortable stay. Conveniently located minutes from Ft Campbell, our home is also in close proximity to restaurants, Publix, the Oak Grove Casino and Racetrack, the mall, and Interstate 24.

From the fully stocked kitchen to the furnished deck and fully fenced backyard, every aspect of our home is designed to meet your needs. You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, providing privacy and all the luxuries of home. The master bedroom features an attached full bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a large full hall bathroom. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and smart TVs, and the living room boasts a 55" smart TV. With ample seating, including a full couch, love seat, and chair, our home is perfect for group gatherings or allowing everyone their own space. While we embrace a family-friendly atmosphere, we kindly request that smoking be limited to outside areas, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests. We eagerly anticipate hosting you in our welcoming abode!

Guest access:
You will have 24-hour access to the property during your reservation by use of smart lock. Each guest or group will have their own personal access code that can be used anytime from check-in to check-out time, these codes are changed at the end of each reservation. We do have security cameras outside for the safety and security of our guests, and the property. Cameras are recording during all reservations.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best, something it is not possible due to cleaning from the previous guest, or the preperation of our next guest.

Guests do not have access to the garage, and two storage closets inside the house.

Other things to note:
Thank you for choosing our home for your stay! We've designed our pricing to accommodate up to 4 guests, with an additional $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to our maximum capacity of 7 guests.

If you're bringing along your furry friends, we have a pet fee structure that differs from standard requirements. Our pet fee is calculated based on the number of nights and the number of pets, allowing fairness for both short-term and long-term guests.

For the first pet, we request a $25 per night fee, capped at a maximum of $250 per month. Any additional pets incur a fee of $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each. We kindly ask that you limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3).
