We also have beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset and direct Beach access. There is plenty of room for all to enjoy (king, 2 queens, 1 twin). Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and laundry on the lower level. Kitchen, dining, living room and 1/2 bath is on the upper level. Each level has an oversized deck. Home also has 4 smart TVs, newly updated granite countertops tops, brand new en suite 1/2 bath and new flooring on lower level.

Location, Location, Location!

The location on the beach at North Topsail is perfect! So convenient to be a few steps from the surf. The beach is clean and quiet, and the Peaceful Pearl affords beautiful views from both decks (very nice to have one shaded and the other sunny). Being a quick walk from the Market and Tiki Bar was a bonus, and the Pirate Bar is walkable as well. The beds were comfy, the towels thick, the kitchen well supplied and the layout works well. The kitchen floor is a bit slippery as it's impossible to keep the sand out. Sara and Samantha were both super as host and property manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ultimate Beach House

This house is the ultimate beach house for a family getaway. The pictures are exactly what your eyes will be enjoying during your stay. My family enjoyed being steps away from the private beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again.
