Atlantic Beach just made #16 in the list of Top 100 Beaches in the United States, beating out even beaches in Hawaii! Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there. https://www.wect.com/2023/06/21/100-best-beach-towns-us/

This will be a perfect spot to escape city living for a while, come work from the beach, and enjoy the island while it's still warm, but tranquil in the off-season.

This unit is brand new, with construction just completed in August. Full size appliances, access to free washer and dryer, all linens included.

Cute and comfortable

This place was cute, comfortable and clean. The bed is comfy, as well as the pillows. There were extra blankets, which is always nice. The owner provided specific makeup washcloths which were labeled as such, and were the best washcloths I’ve ever used on my face. Everything for the kitchen is provided, though we didn’t use it because we were gone most of the time. The couch was comfy. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed being here.

While this is an investment property for me, I have the flexibility with my work to work from anywhere, I pop down often to enjoy the ocean, away from the hurried pace that is Boston living.
