2400 SQ foot camp with WiFi and a large patio under camp with a BBQ pit and accessories. Perfect location for fishing, hunting, crabbing and shrimping. Perfect for the
outdoorsmen with lots of space for your boat and parking. Have resources for excellent fishing guides for large or small groups. We are only 25 minutes from downtown New Orleans.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all towels in laundry basket
Put all sheets and pillows cases in laundry basket and leave comforter on beds
Turn off air conditions before leaving on check out day
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must let host know if there are more guests then what is agreed to in agreement. If not notified host will have to have guests removed
Please take off all sheets off beds and pillow cases. Place them in basket in living room also put towels in towel bake. Please leave comforter on bed
