Great Pool House Get Away

Great get away house. Rented this property for a mini vacation. Perfect house for families. Had everything you could need. Provide toiletries, towels for both inside and outside pool use. Plenty of floaties to use in the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, mini golf and so much more. Something to do for everyone of all ages. Very easy communication with host

Great place for families

Amazing house close to everything you need in Phoenix. We were there for Spring Training and loved the hot tub, mini golf and arcade. Kids had a great time running around. Thank you so much for the gold standard hospitality.

Perfect staycation

This home has a good location close to freeway access everything you may need is within 10min. It’s prefect for entertaining family and friends beds are comfortable and the backyard space is 10 out of 10. The host responded quickly to a few questions it was the best weekend celebrating my 40th bday.

Perfect getaway

Our family of 5 found this rental perfect. The home was stocked with everything you need. The backyard was an oasis that provided plenty of entertainment on our rest days. Communication with host was easy. Location is great for accessing area attractions.

Nice little spot with clean pool and hot tub

Overall a good place, the surrounding area left a little something to be desired, but regardless we felt safe and the central location was good for trips west or east for activities. Easy check in. Bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub was a nice add on for the chilly night.

Very clean, fun, cute property.

Stayed here with coworkers for an expo and it was great. Super clean, good communication, lots of amenities/activities. The neighborhood has some sketchy areas for sure, our gps would not take us directly to the address of the rental, instead taking us to an abandoned house. But that isn’t the owners fault. Overall was a great rental, close to a lot of things to do in the Phoenix area. We would definitely stay here again.

Short but nice stay!

We had a quick 2 night stay. The house was perfect for our family. The kids (teenagers) loved the murals and spent plenty of time in the hot tub and pool. Location was easy and right of the interstate. We had a college tour booked at Grand Canyon University which was about 10 minutes away. The home was clean, beds comfortable, and I fell in love with the Nespresso machine and want one for home now! Highly recommend!

Good overall

Had a few problems with the hot tub and pool at first but we’re dealt with swiftly by the owner. It was a nice place and plenty of room for 10 people. Little far from bars. Our group still had a wonderful great time. Would recommend

Awesome Property Perfect for Work Groups

This home provided exactly what we needed with a work trip to Phx! It was located just far enough from downtown to feel like we got away, but also a short 15 min Uber ride most times (depending on traffic). Outdoor sitting area was perfect for meetings, and the hot tub was a nice touch with the colder evenings. The pool water is very cold, so we didn’t use it.

Family trip to Phoenix

Overall the list and property was exactly what was advertized. The backyard was perfect for our kids as they loved the pool, hot tub and putting green. It was only a short drive to the outlet mall, amusement park and other fun attractions. Only draw back is that the pool is not heated and was very cold in the winter months.

Beautiful Outdoor Oasis!

We are from southern Arizona but wanted to take a mini vaca during my kids’ fall break. When I saw this home online with all the amenities, it looked perfect. However, upon arrival, it was even better than I imagined, and my kids were in heaven! The house was super clean and they had everything we needed and more. The backyard was even more amazing, it was like our own private resort!! If you’re looking to stay in this area, I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

Spring Training

Location of the property worked out well for our several trips to Peoria to see our Seattle Mariners. In addition to visiting other nearby cities-Scottsdale and Glendale. Our 8yo granddaughter loved the house and backyard particularly the putting green. The entire space worked well for all of us. Special treat to see a hummingbird nest! Thank you Bansari for the ease of making the reservation including checking in and out plus helpful info to restaurants and sites in the area. We enjoyed good dinner from Anzio’s.

Family Getaway with Abundant Activities and Well-Equipped Kitchen!

The property is perfect for families. With spacious rooms and a cozy living area, everyone had their own space to relax. What truly sets this rental apart is the plethora of activities available. There was never a dull moment, from swimming in the pool to playing on the putting green. The kids particularly loved the Pac-Man game! The backyard was great for gathering with family members of all ages. The only thing we missed was not having an indoor kitchen table but the large outdoor table worked out since we had great weather. It slept 10 perfectly though the lower bunks are very low and best for kids.

Amazing place

This rental met all our needs!!! There was 4 couples on this fun adventure. Zero complaints on the bedrooms/beds even though one of the rooms is bunks, we just ended up pushing them together. All of the rooms all felt inviting and cozy. We really loved the decor throughout the house house and all the amenities! The outdoors dinning area was used the most with our group. Communication was the best I have ever experienced for any rental. All the extras I usually have to purchase like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, hand soap etc.. was really nice. Will definitely book again for future visits.

Not quite as expected...

House is cute, and well appointed, as advertised. I think listing pictures makes it look a bit nicer than it is. Area isn't great, lots of sirens throughout the day and night. The street is surprisingly busy!! You can hear, and oddly feel every car that passes, we thought semi's were passing. House seems to have been quickly 'flipped' for a rental. Pool is clean, but cold! Hot tub was a great alternative. Games and pool floats broken. living room tv remote broken, push button once and it moves 5 spaces. Having the tv outside was nice! Overall a good experience.
