Our second stay here! We traveled for Spring Training with family in tow, including young kids and older parents. We all loved the house and the hosts are incredibly communicative. We especially loved the hot tub and mini golf. Thank for you opening your lovely casa.

The Pictures made it look better then it was, we had a leak on that was never addressed while we were there so we spent 3 days babysitting a sink every time we wanted to use the kitchen to make meals. A little run down but not disgusting.

Amazing house close to everything you need in Phoenix. We were there for Spring Training and loved the hot tub, mini golf and arcade. Kids had a great time running around. Thank you so much for the gold standard hospitality.

Great Pool House Get Away

Great get away house. Rented this property for a mini vacation. Perfect house for families. Had everything you could need. Provide toiletries, towels for both inside and outside pool use. Plenty of floaties to use in the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, mini golf and so much more. Something to do for everyone of all ages. Very easy communication with host

Location had a lot to desire neighborhood was dirty and a lot of homeless around. Property personal discarded my concerns about safety and cleanliness and refused to refund even though we did not stay at location and was aware of that!

Hi Nancy - When you arrived and mentioned about the neighborhood - we reassured you that having hosted 70 guests over the past 2 years, we have never had a safety issue. We have ourselves stayed here with our friend's 2-year old. We also asked you if a specific spot of the house had missed a cleaning, and offered to send our cleaners back. However, you did not give us an opportunity to correct things or even share photos. You checked-in walked around the house, and simply left expecting a full refund. That is not how the hospitality industry works - hotels or short-term rentals. We take a lot of pride in hosting people and giving them great experiences, and we would been more than happy to make things right.

Perfect staycation

This home has a good location close to freeway access everything you may need is within 10min. It’s prefect for entertaining family and friends beds are comfortable and the backyard space is 10 out of 10. The host responded quickly to a few questions it was the best weekend celebrating my 40th bday.

Perfect getaway

Our family of 5 found this rental perfect. The home was stocked with everything you need. The backyard was an oasis that provided plenty of entertainment on our rest days. Communication with host was easy. Location is great for accessing area attractions.

Nice little spot with clean pool and hot tub

Overall a good place, the surrounding area left a little something to be desired, but regardless we felt safe and the central location was good for trips west or east for activities. Easy check in. Bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub was a nice add on for the chilly night.

Family trip to Phoenix

Overall the list and property was exactly what was advertized. The backyard was perfect for our kids as they loved the pool, hot tub and putting green. It was only a short drive to the outlet mall, amusement park and other fun attractions. Only draw back is that the pool is not heated and was very cold in the winter months.

Awesome Property Perfect for Work Groups

This home provided exactly what we needed with a work trip to Phx! It was located just far enough from downtown to feel like we got away, but also a short 15 min Uber ride most times (depending on traffic). Outdoor sitting area was perfect for meetings, and the hot tub was a nice touch with the colder evenings. The pool water is very cold, so we didn’t use it.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at Casa Palmera, Chester! Unfortunately the pool is not heated as mentioned in the listing description, so hot tub and fire pit are more usable during the colder months.
