About this property

We are an Army Veteran couple self managing this property, so we take great pride in making it special for our guests! We offer a pet friendly home, only blocks away from the water! This 1 bed 1 bath condo is beautifully decorated with a view of the lake and the pool and is well-equipped with everything you will need to have a wonderful stay. Take a bike ride to the swim beach or grocery store nearby. Only a 2 mile drive to the marina. We also have jet skis available for rent that we can put into the water for you!

We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a charcoal BBQ pit, a coffee pot, creamer, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, dog bowls, additional linens for extra guests, and much more!

If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional $15 so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent.

Worth it

Enjoyed my stay. Was able to bring my dog and had a relaxing weekend. Had no issues and everything was super smooth from check in to check out.

Great Stay!

We had a great weekend at Canyon Lake staying at the Steven & Amber’s condo. It was cozy, cute, clean and in a great location near the boat ramp for us to access. The accommodations were great! Coffee, kitchen supplies, water in the refrigerator, easy access to the nice tv and comfortable furnishings. We loved our stay, and will be back again, thank you so much!!
