Jay was very accommodating and helpful on our stay. We stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. Another plus was how quiet the street was and seeing all the deer walking around. Unfortunately, the water at the lake was low, but it was still a nice view. Comal park was great and it wasn't far from the cabin.I'd definitely recommend this cabin.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. Came to celebrate my 30th and float the river and it was perfect for that!! The check in process was super easy and communication was simple. The bed was amazingly comfy and the shower had hotter water than I expected which is perfect because I love a super hot shower! When enjoying the patio outside so many cute deer friends came to say hello!! I would 10/10 recommend this cabin!

Charming cabin

This little retreat is perfect for a couple or small family looking to affordably getaway from the business of day to day. It is close to Canyon Lake, which is charming in its own right, and a pleasant drive into New Braunfels. Jay, the host of the property was prompt at leaving directions upon arrival & checkout and made himself available for questions, if they so arrived. The cabin was clean, quaintly decorated, comfortable and fitted with kind extras. We loved the spacious front porch, the abundance of neighborhood deer, and the quietness of the neighborhood.

Decent

This property was a decent stay for not staying in the house all day. The house isn’t insulated very well so it gets hot during the day even with the AC units on full blast, but at night it’s not too bad. The cleanliness was also decent in most of the house, besides finding a condom wrapper and “residue” in the bedroom, the rest of the house was nice and tidy. Thank you for letting us stay!

Nice little cabin

The property manager was great. Lots of communication prior to our stay. The cabin was very clean and nice but a lot smaller than it looks in pictures. We did have to spend all of our time in the bedroom as the chair in the kitchen was not big enough for more than one person and there wasn’t space for a tv anywhere other than the bedroom. The ac unit could use an upgrade as it was super loud and we had to turn up the tv super loud to be able to hear it as ac unit is right above the bed. The deer in the yard was lovely.
