Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 5A had mice in the kitchen and in closet where washing machine and dryer is located. All bathroom drains are very slow had to shower in backed up water. Large black dog located under the Condo we were staying barking all the time. Had to convince my wife to stay but we checked out early.

Beautiful 2-Bdrm Oceanfront
The condo was great... clean and taken care of. (and pool) We appreciated the ceiling fans, since we had to keep the A/C at 72... and when it was cool enough without the A/C. Kitchen well stocked w plates, cups, pans, etc. Love the balcony and balcony furniture... my favorite reading spot! Beachmark is the perfect location! Bathtubs a bit old, but okay. We had two separate issues with codes not working. First was arrival and couldn't get in the bldg. A call quickly resolved the problem, but why weren't we informed of a code change? Second (most frustrating and totally unacceptable... 2 calls to voicemail, 1 text, and 1 email... waited for a response) was our condo code stopped working. If my husband hadn't been inside, I have NO IDEA what I would've done. I didn't have my phone w me (on the beach)... really, what would I have done?! Quite upsetting.

She loves the balcony! It's close to great restaurants.
