My wife and I decided to rent a villa instead of booking into a hotel for a change so we would have the freedom, facilities and feel part of the local village for the month we booked. Jacquie kept in touch to answer any questions and to ensure our expectations were exceeded; it was one of our best decisions. The villa is delightful, What a lovely scene to open the bedroom curtains in the morning to the very well maintained pool, sala / patio area, the sunshine and the tropical garden. Private, serene paradise!

This villa, and area was perfect! Huge and gorgeous. We practically lived in the pool. It is awesome. The lovely Ban Tai beach is a short walk down the road, but although we love the ocean, we found the pool, and privacy, more relaxing.The master bed was comfortable, kitchen lovely, gardens beautiful. There is a 7/11 just up the lane (about a 3 minute walk), but except for using the ATM there, and getting wine for our first night (we arrived about 10:00 pm) we bought everything from Yu at her little store across from our driveway. Wonderful lady. Prices good. She had a fairly big selection of wines, and liquors. Anything she didn’t have she brought in for us if she could find it. She also ran a laundry service which was great. Can’t say enough about her and her store. Nam Restaurant was also a godsend, and just a few steps away. We were there at least once a day, if not for both lunch and dinner……excellent food. Huge menu. Great prices! Fabulous staff (and owner!). So lucky to have such a restaurant in the neighborhood. Car rental from Koi across the lane was seamless. Ban Tai Beauty Bar was wonderful for manicures and pedicures. With all the people we dealt with during our stay, we were well looked after and happy. From the owner, and property managers, to the gardeners and pool services, there was never any lasting issues, and any correspondence was dealt with immediately.If we return to Thailand again, we’d definitely come back to Ban Tai Tara 3, and this neighborhood.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Baan Tai Tara3 zu Gast. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Wir hat tolle Tage in Samui und die Unterkunft war dafür perfekt. Man ist etwas Außerhalb der Touristenzone aber nah genug um alles schnell zu erreichen. Im Umkreis von 400m gibt es alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötig, ebenfalls gibt es genügend Restaurants in der Nähe. Jetzt zur Unterkunft: einfach nur Wow…wir waren schon oft in Ferienhäusern, aber das war bis jetzt die beste…Großzügig und elegant und der Garten mit Pool ist großartig. Wir haben auch zufällig die Vermieter im Restaurant getroffen die auch vor Ort waren, sehr nette Leute. Auch das Team um Lin die sich um alles kümmern einfach nur Super. Wir kommen definitiv wieder
