Perfect location! The resort was beautiful. You wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to but it's close to everything. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful complex with excellent amenities available. Quiet. Clean with the exception of some cleaning needed inside some cupboards. Very hot water with good water pressure in the showers. Easy check in. Condo was dated and could use some updates especially pans and spatula (which was warped), very low toilets, not handicapped friendly.

If you're looking for new construction and want to pay $300-$400 a night, you're more than welcome. This Complex, built in the mid 80's has the best amenities in all NH hands down and value. Can't have it both ways.

Little tough chasing down instructions on gaining access to the property, but found clean unit as advertised with nice on-site facilities in close proximity to all town amenities at a reasonable price. A little dated inside, but a pleasant STA with plenty room for 4

Glad you had a nice stay - to clarify, you weren't looking for regular check in procedures, you were looking for potential after hour check in procedures, which I stated to you I needed extra time to clarify and confirm that exact process for you, but got it to you shortly thereafter and well before check in (over 24 hours in advance)

We want to go back! Great location, great amenities, and the accommodations were very good for our blended family. We didn't have the best weather, but still did much off the grounds as planned. A few more days to explore the resort, use the pool and beach would've been ideal. This was very reasonable for the price. We will be back!

Great place for great memories

The location is phenomenal and so is the owner. He was courteous and very helpful with my late check-in. I almost want to be selfish and keep it secret! I was able to walk to just about everywhere I wanted to go. It is a smaller town with big town vibes. Someday, I hope to return, if possible.
