Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath end unit townhome at Deer Park Resort! Deer Park is within walking distance to both N. Woodstock & Lincoln Main Streets, making it the perfect central location for your escape to the White Mountains. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and private lake with a sandy beach, river access, tennis, and racquetball courts on the resort property, all of which are free for guests to use.

although this is not a pet friendly unit, owners do have dogs. the unit is cleaned professionally, but may not be suitable for those with allergies

We enjoyed our stay at Deer Park. Great kitchen facilities and the community Rec Center, pool, lake, etc., were also really nice and we certainly took advantage. We were a bit concerned about check-in because cleaning folks were in the unit right up until the time we were scheduled to check in, but it all worked out. Location is excellent, with close proximity to both Woodstock and Lincoln. Overall, it was a great spot for a family vacation. Recommended!
