This house is perfect for what we needed...clean, comfortable, AC, and close access to the South Branch river. Great fire pit on site and the hot tub was perfect for a long day floating the river. Kids enjoyed the darts and putting green. This house has everything we needed and more. David was very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent again.

If you want to have privacy, this is great. The house shares a driveway with another property, but it doesn't matter. The lot is protected by woods. Great location. Great hot tub with a ton of jets, this is not the typical cheap model with most rentals.

Wonderful weekend away. The house was excellent, cozy, clean and plenty to do for a relaxing time. Would rent again and highly recommend for a family gateway in a beautiful area. Set off the beaten path but close to anything you need. Great communication with our host, clear and concise instructions for check in and out and for use of house amenities. Felt like home away from home.
