A nice place with a cool patio and good access to the surrounding beaches. You may need to bring some of your own supplies, but will not be disappointed. The host is friendly and helpful.

About the host

Life off grid is the best! I come down from California once a month or so just to serve at the bottom of my hill. I’ve done this since 1997 and I wouldn’t change a thing. I just wanna share it with people because it’s heaven to me.
Why they chose this property
This is the last undeveloped mountain and coastal area in Rosarito Beach Baja, California. It’s crazy how all around me everything is developed. There’s everything from casinos to resorts, but on this mountain still roam, wild donkeys, and goats. There may be seven houses up on the mountain here with me. It’s extremely isolated, but very close to the main road and the most magical surf in the whole wide world.
What makes this property unique
It’s nearly off grid I fill my own water tanks from the well at the bottom of the mountain in the Arroyo and I still serve the same epic waves. I’ve searched since 1997. This is the last untouched and undeveloped area in all of Rosarito Beach, Baja California.
