My husband and I are local Delawareans. We purchased this property for our family, as well as to share. Before purchasing this property, we always had difficulty finding a rental that suited our needs. We enjoy traveling with our children and our dog. We found it hard to find a rental that was not only pet friendly, but offered a space to run him before heading out. We're not new to the renting game, just new to VRBO. We enjoy being hosts to give others a chance to enjoy all that the Delaware beaches have to offer.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. It's a short drive to the action, and everyone is super friendly. The amenities are perfect! We hit the beach in the morning before the crowds, and then come home to relax by the pool.
What makes this property unique
Most properties that allow pets do not offer a substantially large enclosed area to exercise them before heading out. Our fenced in yard is perfect to burn off some energy.
For children, we have a Chicco Highchair, Graco Pack 'n Play, booster dining seat, and an entire closet full of toys for kids 10 and under. For our furry friends, there's an extra large dog crate available. For rainy days, enjoy the puzzle table, and many puzzles we offer, as well as additional table seating, if needed.
We offer new beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon for the beach.
Unfortunately, no linens are provided. However, we provide dishwashing detergent, dishwasher fluid, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies just in case you have a spill. We also provide a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a roll of paper towels to get you started.
