Mick bought this house in the '80's and has been a work in progress ever since. Lizzy moved in 1999 and together we have renovated and improved all 4 apartments in this house. Mick is a full time realtor in CT and MA. Lizzy retired from owning CT Farm Fresh Express for 12 years. We live in Keene, NH most of the time and rent out 2 of the 4 apartments to ABB and VRBO. East Haddam is a lovely town, lots of wooded trails to hike in, musical theater at the Goodspeed, live music on the river in the summer, the property attracts many birds and wildlife and our family lives nearby.
