Only 1 m to Silver Dollar City with the Landing, 76 strip, shopping, golf courses, zip lines and shows just minutes. Summer pool, newly refinished pickle ball and tennis/basket ball court, play area and trail to the lake. 2 bed/2 bath w comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep 6, fully equipped kitchen with coffee. Large walk-out deck.

Parking is free (2 spaces) and in close proximity to your condo. No parking passes issued. You can walk down to the lake or access the marina just miles with boating, fishing, diving and more to offer. There is a direct trail off the deck between building 14 and 15. The quiet lake cove is perfect to fish or take a swim.

For easy navigation, enter 14 Woodpecker Ln Branson, MO 65616 into GPS. You will see a sign "The Cove" when you turn in. Drive around the pool and keep going until you see a building with #14. Go down and to the right for unit 2. Enter your unique code into the door and enter your private condo.

Only a few miles to the shopping district, golf courses, zip lines, Aquarium, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Showboat Branson Belle, tours, museums, one mile to Silver Dollar City, 9 miles to Big Cedar.

Fire/Smart TV's for all your personal streaming needs are located in the living and bedrooms. Plenty of cabinet and pantry space for food. Full size fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils and more for preparing meals in or to go. Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials.

We like doing the 1mile fire tower trail and climbing the fire tower that over looks the Branson strip.

There is hiking trail right behind the condo. If you go to the end of Wood Pecker lane and turn right at condo #1 to the left of the dumpster there is a trail that goes down to peaceful area to sit at the lake. To the right is a out and back trail that goes behind the condo and wraps around the lake.
